If you're experiencing error messages at the time of reading or writing files, there's a possibility that some of the files that control this aspect of your software were erased from your computer.
If reinstalling the software doesn't solve the issue, then another factor is likely at play, such as a monitoring program residing in the background while your computer is running, possibly interfering with these files, if not deleting them altogether.
In that case it's also possible that one of the DLLs critical to the input / output operation wasn't even registered by the Windows Registry. If your tech support team established such event, then you'll need to manually register this DLL file.
Open the ZIP file listed below, extract the BAT file inside to your Desktop, then run the saved BAT file from your Desktop to manually register the above DLL.
